What we do
Residential and Commercial
If you have a backflow preventer, it must be tested annually (at a minimum) per most state codes in the U.S.
Home Irrigation and Fire Sprinkler devices
We have done tests for homeowners in Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Arlington, County, Fauquier County, Prince William County, Stafford County, Clarke County, all over northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. over the past 14 years. Discounts available for multiple homes!
Commerical Irrigation, Fire Sprinkler, and Main Service Line devices.
No device is too big or small. We have done tests at large grocery stores like Costco, Amazon warehouses, colleges and universities, dental offices, restaurants, movie theaters, and more.
Reporting
We take care of scanning completed reports, and transmitting or uploading to water authority sites so you don’t have to worry about it! All commercial devices are tagged in accordance with state code.

Test of the Backflow Device
We will show up on time and minimize any disruption in service. We will send you pictures of the test kit connected to the backflow device (like the ones above) and let you know the results right away.

Payment and Reports
In most cases, payment is due upon completion of the test. We take cash, check, and commonly used electronic transfer systems. We can also take credit cards for a small fee.

What is a backflow device?
Prevents the flow of bad water into your drinking water. It’s actually called a backflow prevention device.
Why do I need it tested?
Backflow preventers can and will go bad over time, or if objects like sediment corrode or interfere with the check valves located inside the backflow device.
How does the billing process work?
Due at the time of the test.
What if my device fails the test?
I can do minor repairs (test ports, etc.). For residential, I am happy to give you tips on how you can fix it yourself and save you $$. Otherwise, I will refer you to a trusted colleague in the business.
Do you install new backflow devices?
It depends on the model and location. In most cases, I will refer you to a trusted installer.
